.Request certificates with the Brazilian administrative authorities ("cartórios").
.Analyze and request background check from Brazilian civil and federal police.
.Analysis of Brazilian tax returns.
.Analysis of employment certificate issued by Brazilian government (work register).
.Analysis of Brazilian operating agreement, certificate of registration, business' tax return.
.Request of Brazilian Operation Agreement and certificate of registration from the administrative authorities ("Junta Comercial").
.Analysis of Brazilian contracts and agreements (rental, sales agreement, labor agreement).
.Analyze and request Brazilian property deeds.
.Analysis of financial statements.
.Request notarization of Brazilian documents.
.Request apostille of Brazilian documents.
.Request client's documents and certificates from administrative agencies in Brazil ("cartório online").
.Control and track the status of administrative cases.
.Communication with clients and public agents orally and written.
.Four years of experience executing the activities listed in the job description.
.Knowledge of Brazilian Public Agencies and Services Administrative Procedures.
.Education: Minimum High School
.Language: Portuguese Mandatory
